About This Course
In this course, you'll gain an introduction to the civil rights laws that relate to real estate practice and financing in Ohio.
We'll examine the federal Fair Housing Act of 1968 and how it ensures that all Americans have the right to purchase, rent, or finance housing for themselves in the location of their choosing, regardless of their gender, religion, handicap, color, race, national origin or familial status. You'll also learn about other relevant anti-discrimination laws that affect the real estate industry and real estate financing.
You'll discover the penalties for violating civil rights law and learn how to avoid unethical discrimination in your everyday conduct.
Get Your Credits On Time
