Explore the ethical requirements of both the State of Ohio and the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR).
In this course, we start with an introduction to general business ethics, the NAR® Code of Ethics, and how the two compare conceptually. Then you'll study with the NAR® Code's structure and content, as well as the practical applications. We'll explain the enforcement procedures for the Code and present case histories and examples of grievances, arbitration, and mediation.
You'll also examine the Canon of Ethics for the Real Estate Industry in Ohio and learn how the NAR® Code of Ethics influences state licensing laws.
This course satisfies 3 hours of Canons of Ethics credit in Ohio.

What If I Need a Refund for My Training Course?
If for some reason you are not happy and would like a refund, send us a request within 72 hours of purchase. Here are the eligibility requirements you must meet:
- Your purchase was made no more than 72 hours prior to your refund request.
- You have NOT
- Attempted any portion of a test or exam.
- Requested or been issued a certificate of completion.
- Completed 50% or more of the purchased course.
If you meet all of these criteria, submit your refund request in writing via email to support@360training.com with a proof-of-purchase receipt and an explanation for why you are requesting a refund.
