About this Package
Meet your Ohio manager certification in food protection training requirements and get your official ANSI-CFP food protection manager exam when you enroll in this package.
The 3-hour training course provides an overview of the important food safety principles you need to know to prevent foodborne illnesses. Plus, you’ll be prepared to pass the exam.
Once you complete the training, you will need to complete your Food Protection Manager Certification Exam. The Food Protection Manager Certification Exam is proctored online using the webcam on the computer. The exam will be proctored by one of our online proctors. Our online proctoring is available Monday – Friday between 7am to 10pm (CST). To access your exam, simply launch the course in the 360training LMS and follow the steps provided. To pass the exam, you must score at least 72%. Then, you can print your official food protection manager certification!

Is your food manager exam ANSI-accredited?
Our Food Protection Manager Certification Program is accredited by the American National Standards Institute and the Conference for Food Protection (ANSI-CFP).
This accreditation meets the requirements for most states; however, we always recommend checking with your local health department and employer for any additional requirements.
When do my courses expire?
Your courses will expire one (1) year after you purchase them (the date you submit payment), unless the course itself indicates otherwise.

What if I need a refund for my courses?
If for some reason you are not happy and would like a refund, send us a request within 72 hours of purchase. Here are the eligibility requirements you must meet:
- Your purchase was made no more than 72 hours prior to your refund request.
- You have NOT:
- Attempted any portion of a test or exam.
- Requested or been issued a certificate of completion.
- Completed 50% or more of the purchased course.
If you meet all of these criteria, submit your refund request in writing via email to support@360training.com with a proof-of-purchase receipt and an explanation for why you are requesting a refund.
