About This Course
Insurance is a tool we use to shift the risk of loss from an individual to a large number of people exposed to similar risks. When individuals share these risks, the cost of protection becomes more affordable.
In this course, you'll explore how insurance works, including different kinds of policies, insurance coverage, limits of liability, exclusions, and disclosures.
We'll also examine the types of insurance that are relevant to real estate, including flood insurance, title insurance, and Error & Omissions (E&O) insurance.
