About this Package

The Oregon Real Estate Agency (OREA) requires 30 hours of continuing education every 2 years. For your second and subsequent renewals, you need 3 hours of Law and Rule Required Course (LARRC) and 27 hours of Agency-approved electives.

In addition to your update on Oregon's real estate regulations, you'll review fundamental concepts with this package like contract types and the loan process. We'll also arm you with knowledge you can use to protect your clients' interests during different steps of the process, from loan qualification to home inspection. Finally, become versed in ethical issues for your profession, including water resource management and your place in the real estate community.

Once you've finished each course with a passing score on the final, you'll get a certificate of completion for your records.

FAQs

How do I know you're an OREA-approved course provider?

You can find us as a Certified Continuing Education Provider on OREA's website under provider # CEP.1091.

It's my first renewal. Will this course meet my requirements?

No – for your first renewal, you need 27 hours of Broker Advanced Practices (BAP) instead of electives. We don't offer BAP curriculum.

This package is good for second and subsequent renewals only.

What is the deadline for completing my continuing education courses?

In Oregon, your license expires on the last day of your birth month, every other year. You can submit your renewal request as early as the first day of that same month.

If it's your first license renewal, the renewal period will be somewhat shorter than 2 years.

When do my courses expire?

Your courses will expire one (1) year after you purchase them (the date you submit payment), unless the course itself indicates otherwise.

For more information about course expiration dates, please read our Terms of Use

What if I need a refund for my training course?

If for some reason you are not happy and would like a refund, send us a request within 72 hours of purchase. Here are the eligibility requirements you must meet:

  • Your purchase was made no more than 72 hours prior to your refund request.
  • You have NOT:
    • Attempted any portion of a test or exam.
    • Requested or been issued a certificate of completion.
    • Completed 50% or more of the purchased course.

If you meet all of these criteria, submit your refund request in writing via email to support@360training.com with a proof-of-purchase receipt and an explanation for why you are requesting a refund.

You can find more information about our refund policy here.
