About This Course

Move one step closer to meeting Oregon’s continuing education requirements with the 2026–2027 Law and Rules Required Course (LARRC). The Oregon Real Estate Agency requires all real estate licensees to complete this specific two-hour continuing education course on recent changes in real estate law and rules under ORS 696.174.

Approved by the Oregon Real Estate Board and offered through a certified continuing education provider, this course highlights updates drawn from Oregon Revised Statutes Chapter 696 and Oregon Administrative Rules Chapter 863. It also includes selected legislation from the 2024 and 2025 sessions that may affect Oregon licensees, along with guidance on the role of the Oregon Real Estate Agency and other compliance topics that support informed, up-to-date professional practice.

This course is estimated to take approximately two hours to complete, not including any time spent on module quizzes or the final exam. After you successfully complete all required training components, you will receive a course completion certificate.
