This includes the mandatory 3-hour Ethics and 2-hour Flood Insurance courses. All Pennsylvania Property and Casualty Insurance Continuing Education courses must be approved by the Pennsylvania Department of Insurance. Excess CE credits cannot be carried over to the next renewal period.
