The Performance Development Mindset

Performance development conversations are essential for all leaders and managers. Different from performance reviews or evaluations, performance development conversations are focused on developing our employees to help achieve both individual and organization goals, rather than simply reviewing past performance. This course will help you focus on your role as a leader and spend time to build your skills and confidence to perform effective and successful performance development conversations with each of your employees. By completing this course, you will understand the role you play as a leader in the performance development process.
