About This Package
The Louisiana Real Estate Commission (LREC) requires 12 hours of continuing education every year. Eight of these hours can be electives from an approved provider like AgentCampus by 360training.
This package gives you more than enough electives to choose from. Pick any 2 of the 4 included courses to fulfill this year's required 8 hours of electives.
Each course is 4 hours long. You can choose to review fair housing laws and what counts as discrimination in real estate. You can pick a course on environmental hazards and learn about the associated liability and disclosure requirements. You can reinforce your knowledge of residential financing fundamentals. You can discover tax-favorable purchase or exchange options for real estate.
Once you complete each course with a score of 70% or higher on your final exam, we'll also report your credits to LREC. You'll also have access to a certificate of completion for your records.
Note: this package does NOT include your 4-hour mandatory course. The required curriculum for that credit changes every year and not every course on the chosen topic fulfills the mandatory course requirement. You need to look for the mandatory course offerings on LREC's official list.

FAQs
How do I know you're an LREC-approved course provider?
You can find us on the LREC's official list as an approved Continuing Education provider.
What is the deadline for completing my continuing education courses?
Your continuing education credits must be reported to LREC by midnight of December 31st every year. Don't cut your completion too close, or the Commission may not get your confirmation in time.
I'm a new agent – do I need continuing education?
Sort of. The elective credits are waived for your first year as a licensed agent because you're required to take post-license courses. You are still required to complete the 4-hour mandatory topic, however.
Unfortunately, we can't help you with post-license or mandatory CE credits at this time.
When do my courses expire?
Your courses will expire one (1) year after you purchase them (the date you submit payment), unless the course itself indicates otherwise.
For more information about course expiration dates, please read our Terms of Use.
What if I need a refund for my training course?
If for some reason you are not happy and would like a refund, send us a request within 72 hours of purchase. Here are the eligibility requirements you must meet:
- Your purchase was made no more than 72 hours prior to your refund request.
- You have NOT:
- Attempted any portion of a test or exam.
- Requested or been issued a certificate of completion.
- Completed 50% or more of the purchased course.
If you meet all of these criteria, submit your refund request in writing via email to support@360training.com with a proof-of-purchase receipt and an explanation for why you are requesting a refund.
You can find more information about our refund policy here.
