About This Package
The Mississippi Real Estate Commission (MREC) requires 16 hours of continuing education every 2 years. Eight of those hours are mandatory topics, while the remaining 8 are elective.
This package allows you maximum flexibility for completing your electives. Courses are online and self-paced, so you can work through them wherever and whenever is convenient.
We also give you 5 different 4-hour courses to choose from. Pick any two to fulfill your elective requirements:
- Review fair housing laws to protect yourself from accidental violations
- Familiarize yourself with major environmental hazards affecting buyers, sellers, and lenders
- Brush up on the types of financing options for real estate and the mortgaging process
- Become versed in property rights, survey and land description methods, and theories of land use
- Dive into real estate contract types, the features required to make one legally valid, and more
To pass each class, you need a score of at least 70% on your final exam. After you finish each course successfully, we'll report your credits to MREC. You'll also have access to a certificate of completion for your records.

Where can I find my mandatory 8 hours of education?
Sadly, we don't offer Mississippi's required continuing education coursework at this time. Check MREC's website for an approved provider.
Our packages are designed to fulfill the 8 elective credits of CE. You need to fill the other 8 hours with:
- Agency law (4 hours)
- Contract law (2 hours)
- License law (2 hours)
What is the deadline for completing my continuing education courses?
Every second year on the anniversary of your licensure, your license will expire. Your continuing education needs to be completed and reported to MREC before that date.
When do my courses expire?
Your courses will expire one (1) year after you purchase them (the date you submit payment), unless the course itself indicates otherwise.

What if I need a refund for my training course?
If for some reason you are not happy and would like a refund, send us a request within 72 hours of purchase. Here are the eligibility requirements you must meet:
- Your purchase was made no more than 72 hours prior to your refund request.
- You have NOT:
- Attempted any portion of a test or exam.
- Requested or been issued a certificate of completion.
- Completed 50% or more of the purchased course.
If you meet all of these criteria, submit your refund request in writing via email to support@360training.com with a proof-of-purchase receipt and an explanation for why you are requesting a refund.
