Unlock the latest Legal Updates I and II in our package—mandatory for all renewing licensees. These courses provide you with the latest information and ensure compliance with TREC regulations.
This package comprises five (5) essential courses, carefully selected to meet TREC's requirements.
- 335 Real Estate Law
- 752 Real Estate Brokerage - 30 Hours (Mandatory)
- 852 Residential Property Management - 30 Hours
- Texas Legal Update I, 2024-2025 (Mandatory)
- Texas Legal Update II, 2024-2025 (Mandatory)
*Effective 10/1/23, you must take the 30-hour Real Estate Brokerage course as part of your SAE.
Within our comprehensive package, each course offers an official certificate of completion, serving as proof of your required training when you submit it to TREC. To ensure a seamless renewal process, it's vital to submit your course completion documents to TREC at least 10 days before you file your renewal application. Remember that TREC strictly requires these documents to be in their system; any delay may lead to the rejection of your application.
It's important to highlight that, unlike normal continuing education, you cannot defer Sales Apprentice Education (SAE) courses. These courses are essential for your first license renewal and postponing them might disrupt your renewal timeline.
Rest assured, our package is designed to keep you on track with your renewal requirements. Enroll now and stay ahead in compliance with TREC regulations.
How do I know you're a TREC-approved course provider?
360training's approved TREC Provider Number is 4591.
Is Continuing Education the Same as SAE?
No. License renewals happen every 2 years in Texas.
The first renewal requires a total of 270 qualifying real estate course hours. If you obtained your license by submitting 180 hours of qualifying courses, you will need an additional 90 hours of elective SAE courses, plus 4 hours each of Legal Update I and Legal Update II courses. Sales agents who have been made a supervisor by their broker must also take the 6-hour Broker Responsibility course to renew.
This package is for your first salesperson renewal. If this is NOT your first salesperson renewal, you need to take Continuing Education package instead.
How fast can I get through the courses?
You need to spend at least as much time in each course as the credit hours it's worth, but you can’t spend more than 12 hours per day in the coursework.
TREC bases their reinforcement of this rule on how many days you spend in each course and whether there is overlap between courses. In other words, you can't start and complete a 30-hour qualifying course in less than 3 days. You also can't start and complete more than one qualifying course within the same 3 days.
TREC will not accept your certificate of completion for any one course unless 3 days have elapsed since the date/time you started it.
What is the format of these courses?
Texas SAE courses come in the form of instructional PDFs with quizzes.
What can I do if I lose my certificate?
If you lose your certificate of completion and need a new one, you can contact us or send an email to support@360training.com.
When does my course expire?
Your courses will expire sixty (60) days after you purchase them (the date you submit payment), unless the course or LMS indicates otherwise.
For more information about course expiration dates, please read our Terms of Use.
What if I need a refund for my training course?
If for some reason you are not happy and would like a refund, send us a request within 72 hours of purchase. Here are the eligibility requirements you must meet:
- Your purchase was made no more than 72 hours prior to your refund request.
- You have NOT:
- Attempted any portion of a test or exam.
- Requested or been issued a certificate of completion.
- Completed 50% or more of the purchased course.
If you meet all of these criteria, submit your refund request in writing via email to support@360training.com with a proof-of-purchase receipt and an explanation for why you are requesting a refund.
