About This Course
Empower your team with our Delaware Sexual Harassment Prevention Training for employees. This interactive course gives workers the knowledge and confidence to recognize, prevent, and respond to workplace and sexual harassment. It meets all federal and Delaware requirements under the Delaware Discrimination in Employment Act (DDEA) and House Bill 360, which expressly prohibits sexual harassment. Employees learn what constitutes harassment and sexual harassment, their rights under the law, and the shared responsibilities of employers, supervisors, and coworkers in maintaining a respectful workplace.
Through relatable examples and real-world case studies, the training shows how harassment can appear in many forms and provides clear, practical steps for prevention, reporting, and resolution—helping create a safe, inclusive, and compliant work environment. Upon completing the final exam, learners receive a downloadable certificate of completion to verify compliance and training achievement.
This course is offered in partnership with Ready Training Online (RTO®). RTO® is a 360training company.
