About
Process Safety Management (PSM) is a systematic approach to managing the hazards associated with processes involving highly hazardous chemicals. The primary goal of PSM is to prevent or mitigate catastrophic incidents such as fires, explosions, chemical releases, and toxic exposures that can result in serious injuries, fatalities, environmental damage, and property loss.
Our course aims to educate individuals, particularly those working in industries handling hazardous chemicals or processes, about the principles, practices, and regulations related to process safety.
This training focuses on recognizing, identifying, and analyzing hazards in a process, communicating these hazards through written procedures, educating contractors about hazards, and emphasizing the importance of proper training for those involved in covered processes, and performing pre-startup reviews for safety maintenance. Quiz questions are integrated throughout the course to gauge retention and readiness for the final exam. Upon completing the course requirements, learners will receive a printable certificate.
