The Respectful Workplace: Turn Microaggressions into Micro-Inclusions

In this course, you'll learn what microaggressions are, why they are disrespectful, how to react as a bystander, what you should do if you are the offender, and how to react and respond if they are directed at you. To get the most from this course, try and resist that voice in your head that says, “I’m a good person, this doesn’t apply to me.” If we’re going to make progress, we all need to approach microaggressions with an open mind. Try instead a micro-inclusion, which are small acts that make a huge impact to make someone feel included.
