About this Course
An individual at the intermediate level of rigging must exhibit a competent skill set encompassing all rigging tasks. This proficiency should extend beyond basic activities.
By the end of this course, participants should understand load dynamics and load weight determination as they apply to rigging operations. Additionally, they will gain proficiency in assessing equipment capabilities and applying D/d ratios, vectors, angles, boom angles, and load radius to lifting and/or rigging activities. This knowledge is crucial for ensuring safe and effective rigging and signaling safety in various work scenarios.
This course also provides practical test guidelines and examination aids, as well as hand signal and rigging poster files, which your employer may access and utilize after the written exam to give the needed practical assessment.
