In a team environment there are different dynamics between people as they work together to accomplish both individual and team goals. Sometimes working together is easy, and sometimes it’s not. One factor that significantly impacts a team’s ability to work well together is communication. Being able to articulate information clearly, understand each other’s needs, and know what must be accomplished, are critical elements of good team communication. The purpose of this course is to discuss the ability of the team to freely share their personal thoughts and opinions, as well as to brainstorm ideas to improve and strengthen the communication within the team. By completing this course, you will know if people are truly able to speak freely within the team. This course has been approved for 1 hour of PDU credit from PMI (Project Management Institute).
