About This Course
This online course gives healthcare providers a guide to compliance with the Physician Payments Sunshine Act (known as The Sunshine Act or Section 6002 of the Affordable Care Act), as well as the Open Payments program.
If you’re a healthcare manufacturer, distributor, Group Purchasing Organization, or healthcare provider, it’s critical for you to understand what this legislation requires of you.
The Sunshine Act requires the disclosure of financial relationships between physicians or teaching hospitals and the manufacturers of drugs, medical devices, biologicals, or medical supplies. That means any payments or items of other value from the latter to the former need to be reported to the Centers of Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS).
This course covers all 2021 updates to Sunshine Act.

What If I Need a Refund for My Training Course?
If for some reason you are not happy and would like a refund, send us a request within 72 hours of purchase. Here are the eligibility requirements you must meet:
- Your purchase was made no more than 72 hours prior to your refund request.
- You have NOT
- Attempted any portion of a test or exam.
- Requested or been issued a certificate of completion.
- Completed 50% or more of the purchased course.
If you meet all of these criteria, submit your refund request in writing via email to support@360training.com with a proof-of-purchase receipt and an explanation for why you are requesting a refund.
