How long does it take to finish my TABC certification training?
For most people, the course takes about two hours. Our online TABC certification training course is self-paced, so you can take the time you need to understand the material and take breaks whenever you want. Plus, the course is available 24/7, so you can access it any time.
What happens if I fail the final exam?
You have two attempts to pass the final exam with a score of at least 70%. If you fail, you will need to re-purchase the course and start over.
What are the TABC renewal requirements?
Your TABC certification expires two years after the issue date. The only way to renew your certification is to retake TABC training. Unfortunately, there's no way to test out or take a shorter refresher training.
How do I check that your course is TABC-approved?
Our provider ID is #454-508. You can confirm our authorization on the TABC website. We're listed as Learn2Serve.
Is there a way for my employer to verify my TABC training?
Once you complete your online TABC certification course and pass the final exam, we will report it to TABC within 8-9 days. Your employer can then verify your certification on the TABC’s Certificate Inquiry page.
However, you can also print a copy anytime from your account. If you have any trouble, you can contact customer service at (877) 881-2235 or support@360training.com.
When does my Texas seller-server course expire?
Your course will expire one (1) year after you purchase it (the date you submit payment), unless the course itself indicates otherwise.

Again, for TABC certificate renewal requirements, you must retake the course every two years.
What if I need a refund for my TABC training?
If for some reason you are not happy and would like a refund, send us a request within 72 hours of purchase. Here are the eligibility requirements you must meet:
- Your purchase was made no more than 72 hours prior to your refund request.
- You have NOT:
- Attempted any portion of a test or exam.
- Requested or been issued a certificate of completion.
- Completed 50% or more of the purchased course.
If you meet all of these criteria, submit your refund request in writing via email to support@360training.com with a proof-of-purchase receipt and an explanation for why you are requesting a refund.
