About This Course
What is Texas UST Class C Operator Training?
As a Class C operator, you’re the first responder to emergency situations at UST facilities, so Texas requires you to complete a state-certified training course. 360training has partnered with PASS Training & Compliance (PASS) to provide UST Operator training.
The course explains how to respond to emergencies, like spills or leaks, and how to appropriately respond to alarms.
You’ll learn about the primary components of a UST facility and the workings of an automatic tank gauge. Plus, you’ll understand where fuel spills may leave the facility and enter the environment so that you can appropriately respond when faced with those situations. Additionally, the course reviews how to safely use emergency stop and start buttons and fire extinguishers.
