Learn to recognize predatory lending practices and common fraud schemes to protect yourself and your clients.
Understand how ordinary steps in the mortgage process are used by predatory lenders to cheat borrowers, including good faith estimates, fees, discounts, and prepayment penalties. Be aware of which borrowers are more likely to be targeted by predatory lenders.
You'll also learn how to communicate with a loan officer and tackle issues like late charges, tax reserves, property insurance, foreclosures, and note modification.
We'll use real-life examples to explore common mortgage fraud schemes and the tools they employ. Know the role of "No Doc" loans, silent second mortgages, false documents, and fake comparables in fraud. You'll learn how to recognize illegal flipping, identify straw sellers and buyers, and more.

What If I Need a Refund for My Training Course?
If for some reason you are not happy and would like a refund, send us a request within 72 hours of purchase. Here are the eligibility requirements you must meet:
- Your purchase was made no more than 72 hours prior to your refund request.
- You have NOT
- Attempted any portion of a test or exam.
- Requested or been issued a certificate of completion.
- Completed 50% or more of the purchased course.
If you meet all of these criteria, submit your refund request in writing via email to support@360training.com with a proof-of-purchase receipt and an explanation for why you are requesting a refund.
