About this Package

To earn your real estate license in Virginia, you need to complete 60 hours of pre-license education approved by the Virginia Real Estate Board (VREB) and pass your state licensing exam.

As a VREB-approved online course provider, we designed this Premium Package to put you on the road to success in your new career. You'll get the mandatory pre-license course, exam prep materials to help you study and gauge your readiness, and a free real estate math course to help you prepare for math questions on the licensing exam. As a bonus, you'll also get a free class in client communications.

First, Pass Your Pre-License Training

VREB's required pre-license coursework includes 30 hours on the principles of real estate and 30 hours on real estate practices in Virginia.

Once you finish the necessary course hours, it will be time to schedule your proctored final exam. VREB requires pre-license final exams to be supervised by a third party ("proctored") to make sure you don't look up the answers.

After we receive your passing grade and paperwork, we'll report your credits to VREB's state license exam provider. That will make you eligible to register for your test.

You'll also get a certificate of completion for your records.

Then, Prepare for Your State License Exam

Your exam fee is valid for a year after the test provider receives your registration form. You need to schedule your test at least one day ahead.

Our exam prep and real estate math courses will help you prepare for your licensing exam with confidence. Our condensed study guides focus your attention on the most relevant topics for the exam.

You'll also be able to take practice tests based on the official exam's format. These will help you determine whether you're prepared to tackle the state exam
