About This Course
Opening a real estate business is not a decision that should be taken lightly.
A real estate salesperson acquires many skills: an understanding of the real estate market, knowledge of how to list and sell, and how to take care of customers and clients. While these skills are invaluable to running your own company, they won't be enough to launch a successful real estate firm.
In this course, you'll learn what it takes to run such a business. You'll learn what additional skills you'll need and how to prepare for succeeding as the owner of a real estate firm.
When Does My Course Expire?
Your course will expire sixty (60) days after you purchase it (the date you submit payment), unless the course or LMS indicates otherwise.

How Quickly Will I Get My Certificate of Completion?
After completing your course and passing any required exams, you'll need to submit a notarized affidavit certifying that you've met the course requirements.
What Can I Do If I Lose My Certificate?
If you lose your certificate of completion and need a new one, you can chat with Wizmo or send an email to support@360training.com.
What If I Need a Refund for My Training Course?
If for some reason you are not happy and would like a refund, send us a request within 72 hours of purchase. Here are the eligibility requirements you must meet:
- Your purchase was made no more than 72 hours prior to your refund request.
- You have NOT
- Attempted any portion of a test or exam.
- Requested or been issued a certificate of completion.
- Completed 50% or more of the purchased course.
If you meet all of these criteria, submit your refund request in writing via email to support@360training.com with a proof-of-purchase receipt and an explanation for why you are requesting a refund.
