When Does My Course Expire?

Your course will expire one (1) year after you purchase it (the date you submit payment), unless the course itself indicates otherwise.

How Quickly Will I Get My Certificate of Completion?

After completing your course and passing any required exams, you'll need to submit a notarized affidavit certifying that you've met the course requirements.

What Can I Do if I Lose My Certificate?

Once you finish your course and pass any required exams, you can print your certificate of completion right away. If you misplace or lose your certificate, you can log into your training account to download or print another copy at any time. To access your certificate, log into your account and select My Courses from the training dashboard. View your Completed Courses and click the Print or View Certificate link under the course name. Your certificate of completion will open. You can print or download the certificate for your records or share with your employer.

How Can I Get a Refund for My Training Course?
