About this Package
For your second and subsequent renewals, the Washington Department of Licensing (DOL) requires 30 hours of continuing education. That includes 3 hours devoted to a "core" Washington course, 3 hours of state-required Fair Housing training, and 24 hours of approved continuing education electives.
Note, if this is your FIRST renewal as an entry-level broker, you need our 90-hour "first-time renewal" package instead.
