About this Package
This package focuses some elective hours on ethical issues in real estate, including those related to land use and development, water resources, and meth production.
You'll also dive into state license law, contract law, and how to qualify buyers and properties for financing.
You need at least 70% on each course final to earn credit. Once you've passed each course, you'll get access to a certificate of completion that will serve as proof of training on your renewal application.
Note, if this is your FIRST renewal as an entry-level broker, you should take our 90-hour "first-time renewal" package instead.

FAQs
How do I know you're a Washington DOL-approved course provider?
You can look us up on Washington DOL's website. Our approval code is S1557.
How fast can I get through the courses?
Washington DOL says you have to spend at least as long in each course as the number of hours it's worth.
For your second and subsequent license renewals, you need to spend at least 30 hours on your continuing education.
Do all my continuing education hours have to be from this renewal period?
At least 15 hours need to be taken within 24 months of your renewal deadline (during the current renewal period).
But Washington State allows up to 15 hours of unsubmitted CE from prior renewal periods. In other words, you can submit "extra" classes from before your last renewal, as long as they were never claimed on a past renewal.
When can I renew my Washington real estate license?
Washington DOL will make your renewal application available to you 120 days (4 months) before your license expires.
When do my courses expire?
Your courses will expire one (1) year after you purchase them (the date you submit payment), unless the course itself indicates otherwise.
For more information about course expiration dates, please read our Terms of Use.
What if I need a refund for my training course?
If for some reason you are not happy and would like a refund, send us a request within 72 hours of purchase. Here are the eligibility requirements you must meet:
- Your purchase was made no more than 72 hours prior to your refund request.
- You have NOT:
- Attempted any portion of a test or exam.
- Requested or been issued a certificate of completion.
- Completed 50% or more of the purchased course.
If you meet all of these criteria, submit your refund request in writing via email to support@360training.com with a proof-of-purchase receipt and an explanation for why you are requesting a refund.
You can find more information about our refund policy here.
