For the first active renewal of your entry-level broker's license, the Washington Department of Licensing (DOL) requires you to take additional continuing education credits to round out your practical real estate knowledge.
Specifically, they require 90 hours, broken down into:
- A 30-hour Advanced Practices course
- A 30-hour Real Estate Law course
- A 3-hour "core" Washington course
