About this Package
Before you apply for your real estate license in Washington, you have to finish 90 hours of pre-license courses. Our online pre-license packages are approved by the Washington Department of Licensing (DOL).
This Basic Package includes all 90 mandatory training hours. That's 60 hours on the fundamental principles of real estate and 30 hours on the practicalities and practices. You need a grade of 70% or higher on the final exam to pass each course.
You'll also get a free real estate math course so you can practice for the math questions you'll see on the licensing exam.
As soon as you finish your courses, you'll be able to print or save a certificate of completion for your records. We'll report your credits to the testing service that handles Washington's state licensing exam so that you're eligible to register.
The State of Washington gives you a very generous 2 years after course completion to take your state licensing exam. We recommend you take it as soon as you feel ready.
Note: You might want to look at our Premium Package to help you prepare for the state licensing exam. It comes with an Exam Prep course and a money-back guarantee. It's peace of mind you can buy!
