Venkat Gaddipati has over 30 years of experience creating and transforming technology organizations for maximum efficiency. Most recently, Venkat served as CTO at Aberdeen Group where he built a technology team from scratch. Venkat also has a proven track record of creating outstanding products and solutions widely used by both businesses and consumers.

For 25 years, Andrew has acted as a trusted advisor to leaders, managers and associates. He possesses a unique ability to bring people in the room to create solutions, with a positive impact to a company's bottom-line performance and culture. Andrew started his career in public service and management consulting. He then worked in leadership roles at Capital One Financial Services, Nationwide Insurance, Education Dynamics and ADT Security. His expertise includes people strategy, data analytics, performance management, associate development, compensation, operations and benefits.
Chief Marketing Officer
As Chief Marketing Officer, Ryan will be responsible for the overall marketing strategy for 360training and its additional e-learning brands as the company continues on a path of accelerated growth. This includes overseeing the e-commerce, brand, PR, digital and traditional media strategies for 360training and its industry-specific training sites, OSHACampus and Learn2Serve. Ryan joins 360training's executive team with more than 20 years of experience leading digital and consumer-centric marketing teams at Whole Foods Market, Sally Beauty, JCPenney, Pier 1 Imports, and Chuck E. Cheese.
