Tom has deep strategic expertise, a track record of turnaround results and acceleration of growth and 10 years of management consulting experience. He's served as a senior executive at two large organizations, been a CEO at five companies and board of director at six companies. Tom's vast experience covers credit card, medical lending, loyalty/college savings, auto lending and workplace training industries. As the CEO at 360training, Tom is committed to taking 360training.com to new heights.
COO and Managing Partner
Samantha has a track record of turnaround, growth and delivering results. She brings a wealth of knowledge and experience in managing large operations in the retail banking, premiere banking, investment banking, auto lending, and education marketing industries. Her impact in developing and leading inbound sales teams, growing revenue, conversion rate, and profits, consolidating large operations spread out in various location into two contact centers faster and cheaper than expected, driving compliance execution at 100% efficiency, setting up a 24 hour premier banking customer support operation through offshore contact center are just a few accomplishments that demonstrate her ability in driving success, operational excellence and building strong leadership teams. As the COO at 360training, Samantha will lead Operations and Compliance to meet and exceed our goals.
William R. Paape
Chief Financial Officer
Bill has over 30 years of broad-based financial and operational experience. He joined 360training.com in 2018 from Lifesize, Inc., a SaaS videoconferencing company where he was the CFO. Prior to rejoining Lifesize in 2016, Bill served as CFO at Santé Ventures and held CFO positions at Bloomfire and SolarBridge Technologies. Bill was also the original CFO of Lifesize since its inception in 2003 through its sale to Logitech in 2009 for $405 million. Before Lifesize was founded, Bill was CFO at ViaVideo Communications, a video conferencing start-up that was acquired by Polycom in 1998 where he held various executive roles including Treasurer and VP, Strategic Investments. He began his career as an associate in Andersen Consulting's (Accenture) Strategic Services Practice in 1987 performing a wide variety of strategic, financial, and operational studies for a diversity of large corporations. Bill is a Certified Public Accountant and holds an MBA in finance and a BBA in accounting/business honors, both from the University of Texas.
Vice President, Sales
As Vice President of Sales, Chris leads the global sales team at 360training. Prior to 360training, Chris spent 5 years at Accruent, LLC., a global software company that helps organizations achieve superior performance by transforming how they manage their physical resources. As VP of the Corporate, Education, and Public Sector industry teams, Chris had oversight to the account management and sales teams as well strategic leadership to the broader industry business units. Additionally, Chris was General Manager of a division of Yardi Systems, Inc. a leading provider of investment and property management software and served as the Director of Sales and Marketing at Yardi and its subsidiary, SiteStuff. Over the past 13 years Chris has worked closely with the largest global providers of real estate services to provide technology solutions across many areas of their business. Chris holds a bachelor's degree in Environmental and Resource Management from Texas State University.
Chief Marketing Officer
As the Chief Marketing Officer, Matt is responsible for leading and implementing the global marketing and strategic branding at 360training. This includes overseeing all external marketing, ecommerce and strategic corporate communications. Prior to joining 360training in 2018, Matt was the Vice President of Marketing with Inspired eLearning, a cybersecurity and compliance elearning company. Matt also spent 15 years as a marketing executive with Dell in the consumer, small business, enterprise businesses and the global software & peripherals division. That was followed by two years as the Senior Vice President of Marketing at Decisyon, a fast-growing SaaS-based company that delivers solutions for the Internet of Things. Matt holds a bachelor's degree in Aeronautical & Astronautical Engineering from the Ohio State University and an MBA from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
