Where Do I Find My Certificate?
You can find your certificate of completion in three easy steps:
- Go to www.360training.com and click LOGIN on the top right corner of your screen. If you are using a mobile device, click the menu icon on the top right to see the LOGIN button.
- Enter your username and password, then click LOGIN.
- On your Dashboard, select GO TO COURSES or MY COURSES (depending on the learning system). You will find your certificate by clicking the VIEW CERTIFICATE icon or PRINT CERTIFICATE under the course name.
You can print it or save the certificate as a PDF to your computer or mobile device.
How Do I Access My Course?
To access your course:
- Go to www.360training.com and click LOGIN on the top right corner of your screen. If you are using a mobile device, click the menu icon on the top right to see the LOGIN button.
- Enter your username and password then click LOGIN.
- On your Dashboard, select GO TO COURSES or MY COURSES (depending on the learning system) on your Dashboard to view your course(s).
OR
Find your course on the screen and click the course title or play icon to open the course player. - Complete your course at your own pace. Be sure to SAVE your progress if you need to exit the course before you complete it.
How Do I Unlock My Course?
If you have been locked out of your course due to validation failure, you will receive a ‘Course Locked’ message with instructions so you can unlock it.
- First, click UNLOCK MY COURSE.
- You will receive an email from support@360training.com with a link to reset your account validation questions.
- Click the ‘Reset your validation questions’ link in the email.
- After clicking the ‘Reset your validation questions’ link, you will be redirected to a webpage where you can edit your details for your validation questions. Then, click UPDATE.
- Your course has now been unlocked. You may now go back to your account, launch your course and continue through the training.

How Do I Clear My Browser?
Your browser tends to hold onto information (cache & cookies), and over time it could cause problems with logging in to your account or bringing up the website. It is recommended to clear the cache and cookies on your browser often.
Please find below the steps on how to clear the cache and cookies on each specific browser:
Google Chrome Browser:
- On your keyboard, please press Ctrl + Shift + Delete altogether.
- You will get the ‘Clear browsing data’ page. Click Clear Data.
- When it completes loading, open another Google Chrome browser and try to log in to your account.
Mozilla Firefox Browser:
- On your keyboard, please press Ctrl + Shift + Delete altogether.
- You will get the ‘Clear All History’ pop-up page. Click OK.
- When it completes loading, open another Mozilla Firefox browser and try to log in to your account.
Internet Explorer Browser:
- On your keyboard, please press Ctrl + Shift + Delete altogether.
- You will get the ‘Delete Browsing History’ pop-up page. Click OK.
- When it completes loading, open another Internet Explorer browser and try to log in to your account.
Microsoft Edge Browser:
- On your keyboard, please press Ctrl + Shift + Delete altogether.
- You will get the ‘Clear Browsing data’ page. Click Clear now.
- When it completes loading, open another Microsoft Edge browser and try to log in to your account.
If clearing cache and cookies does work, you may try to use incognito (or private browsing) browser to log in to your account and access your course.
