How Do I Clear My Browser?

Your browser tends to hold onto information (cache & cookies), and over time it could cause problems with logging in to your account or bringing up the website. It is recommended to clear the cache and cookies on your browser often. 

Please find below the steps on how to clear the cache and cookies on each specific browser: 

Google Chrome Browser

  • On your keyboard, please press Ctrl + Shift + Delete altogether. 
  • You will get the ‘Clear browsing data’ page. Click Clear Data. 
  • When it completes loading, open another Google Chrome browser and try to log in to your account. 

Mozilla Firefox Browser

  • On your keyboard, please press Ctrl + Shift + Delete altogether. 
  • You will get the ‘Clear All History’ pop-up page. Click OK. 
  • When it completes loading, open another Mozilla Firefox browser and try to log in to your account. 

Internet Explorer Browser

  • On your keyboard, please press Ctrl + Shift + Delete altogether. 
  • You will get the ‘Delete Browsing History’ pop-up page. Click OK. 
  • When it completes loading, open another Internet Explorer browser and try to log in to your account. 

Microsoft Edge Browser

  • On your keyboard, please press Ctrl + Shift + Delete altogether. 
  • You will get the ‘Clear Browsing data’ page. Click Clear now. 
  • When it completes loading, open another Microsoft Edge browser and try to log in to your account. 

If clearing cache and cookies does work, you may try to use incognito (or private browsing) browser to log in to your account and access your course.
