The Food Protection Manager Certification Exam is ANAB-approved for online remote proctoring. You can take the exam from home using your computer and webcam, with a live proctor monitoring your session to ensure exam security. Each student is allowed two attempts at no additional cost.

If you do not pass after the second attempt, you must wait 90 days before repurchasing and retaking the exam.

Proctoring is available Monday through Friday, from 7 AM to 7 PM (CST).
