How Do I Unlock My Course?

If you have been locked out of your course due to validation failure, you will receive a ‘Course Locked’ message with instructions so you can unlock it.

  1. First, click UNLOCK MY COURSE
  2. You will receive an email from support@360training.com with a link to reset your account validation questions. 
  3. Click the ‘Reset your validation questions’ link in the email. 
  4. After clicking the ‘Reset your validation questions’ link, you will be redirected to a webpage where you can edit your details for your validation questions. Then, click UPDATE
  5. Your course has now been unlocked. You may now go back to your account, launch your course and continue through the training.
