How Many Attempts Do I Have for the Final Exam of My OSHA 10/30-Hour Outreach Courses?

Once you have successfully completed all of the modules, you must pass the final exam to receive full credit and be eligible for the OSHA DOL wallet card. You are allowed up to three (3) attempts to pass the final exam for both OSHA 10-hour and 30-hour Outreach training courses.

If you fail all three attempts, your course will be permanently locked, and you will no longer be able to continue or complete it. To obtain a DOL card after failing all attempts, you will need to repurchase the course and start over from the beginning.
