Jason Cole
Jason Cole, CIH, CSP, is an OSHA-authorized Outreach Trainer for Construction and General Industry who has promoted safer worksites since 2002.
He is a Certified Industrial Hygienist and Certified Safety Professional, and also holds a Texas State–Licensed Journeyman Electrician credential and a B.S. in Biology from the University of Texas at Arlington.
Jason has conducted comprehensive safety and health audits across hundreds of construction and general industry facilities and has provided expert testimony in occupational safety cases.
At 360training, he delivers standards-aligned training grounded in more than two decades of field experience and his authorization as an Outreach Trainer since 2007.
Melissa Smith
Melissa Smith is a licensed real estate broker with more than two decades of transaction-side experience in residential sales and investment properties, and serves as our instructor of record for 15 states.
As the co-owner of a mortgage company, she brings strong lender-side expertise, including closings, settlements, and the financial calculations behind real estate financing, to every lesson.
Melissa excels at breaking down complex math into clear, actionable steps, giving students practical skills they can use immediately in the field.
For the past seven years, she has taught pre-licensing and continuing education as a Certified Distance Education Instructor, mentoring both new agents and experienced professionals.
Peggy Santmyer
Peggy Santmyer has been a licensed Texas real estate professional for decades and has taught pre-licensing, continuing education, and specialized courses on legal issues, pricing property, contracts, and marketing.
Outside the classroom, she has listed and sold real estate, managed brokerage offices, and authored multiple industry courses.
Peggy is an active member of the National Association of REALTORS®, Texas REALTORS®, and the MetroTex Association of REALTORS®. She has also served on the Texas REALTORS® Professional Standards and Education Committees.
At 360training, she combines extensive transaction experience with clear, current instruction to help both new and experienced agents earn credit, strengthen their skills, and better serve their clients.
Mark Bornstein
Mark Bornstein earned his California real estate license early in his career and graduated from San José State University with a B.S. in Business Administration (Real Estate).
He later led the real estate departments at West Los Angeles College and Bellevue College and went on to establish his own real estate school.
Mark teaches nationwide for the National Association of Home Builders and holds both the MIRM and CSP designations.
As an active contributor to the profession, he has authored Energizing Your Sales and Empowerment Selling, written numerous trade articles, and completed mediation certification through the City of Bellevue.
With more than 30 years of experience in the West Coast development markets of California, Washington, and Oregon, Mark has held multiple leadership roles that inform his practical, high-impact instruction for students.
Don Widmayer
Don Widmayer is an accomplished real estate educator and broker whose career began in Virginia in 1983 as a Sales Associate. He became a Broker in 1992 and launched a firm specializing in property management, residential sales, and log home construction.
In 1996, he became a licensed Virginia Real Estate Instructor, teaching pre-licensing, continuing education, MLS, and computer courses.
After relocating to Florida in 2001, Don earned licenses as a Broker, Real Estate Instructor, and Real Estate Appraiser Instructor. He continued listing and selling real estate while expanding his work as a course author.
Since 2018, Don has focused on online education with 360training, where he writes, reviews, and updates pre- and post-licensing courses, exam prep, continuing education, and other training materials for learners.
