My Proctor for my ‘Learn2Serve Food Protection Manager Certification Exam with Online Proctor’ said that he/she cannot hear me but my microphone is working.
If your microphone is working but the proctor cannot hear, please try to do the following basic troubleshooting steps:
- Close your existing browser window for the examination.
- Check your internet speed by clicking here.
- Our minimum requirement speed is at least 4 MBPS or greater for Upload and Download. Ping should be at least 5 below. (Tethering and Hotspots are NOT allowed).
- Clear your browser cache and cookies. Please click here on how to clear cache and cookies on different browser.
- Check if your microphone is working by clicking here.
- If it did not work on the website, kindly have someone check your device.
- If it worked, kindly check if you have allowed microphone access by clicking here.
- You may want to check also your microphone input and output by clicking here, or check the volume of your microphone by clicking here.
- You may want to switch browser as well.
