Browser and System Compatibility Requirements

 

Operating System: Windows (Version 7 +) and MacOS (Catalina, Big Sur, Monterey, Ventura)

  • Chromebook, iPad, tablet, and mobile devices are NOT supported

 

Web Browser: Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, and Microsoft Edge

  • To download a Google Chrome Browser on your Windows or Mac device, please click here.
  • To download a Mozilla Firefox Browser on your Windows device, please click here.
  • To download a Mozilla Firefox Browser on your Mac device, please click here.
  • To download a Microsoft Edge Browser on your Windows or Mac device, please click here.

 

Internet Speed: Internet Connection with a speed of at least 4 MBPS or greater for Upload and Download

  • (Tethering and Hotspots are NOT allowed)

 

Web Camera: For best results, use the built-in webcam or a USB camera with a microphone

 

Note: If you are attempting to access your examination using any other Operating System and/or browser, your system will fail the compatibility test and you will not be able to take the exam.
