Our ‘Learn2Serve Food Protection Manager Certification Exam with Online Proctor’ is accredited by the American National Standards Institute and the Conference for Food Protection (ANSI-CFP). This accreditation meets the requirements for most States. However, our Food Manager Certification Exam with Online Proctor is currently NOT approved for New York City (NYC).

The New York City Department of Health and Mental Hygiene has the jurisdiction to regulate all matters affecting health in the city and to perform all those functions and operations that relate to the health of the people of the city.
