I can’t get past the 'Browser Check' on the 'System Compatibility Test' page.

Upon accessing your examination and you cannot get past the 'Browser Check' on the 'System Compatibility Test' page, please make sure you are using a compatible browser for your examination on your laptop or computer.

  • To download a Google Chrome Browser on your Windows or Mac device, please click here.
  • To download a Mozilla Firefox Browser on your Windows device, please click here.
  • To download a Mozilla Firefox Browser on your Mac device, please click here.
  • To download a Microsoft Edge Browser on your Windows or Mac device, please click here.

Note: Even if you are using a Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, or Microsoft Edge browser in a Chromebook, Tablet, or Mobile Device, the system will not allow you to continue. Please make sure you are using a laptop or a computer.
