How Can a Manager View the Course Seats Consumption?

Reminders:

This is not available for accounts with 'Limited-Manager' access.

This feature is only available for accounts with 'Full Manager' access.

 

  • Upon logging in to your manager’s account, click the ‘Plan & Enroll’ on the top right-hand side of the page.

  • Then, select ‘View System Libraries’ from the list of options in the column on the left and you will be landed on ‘View System Libraries’ page where you can see the purchases you have made:

 

    • You will be landed on ‘View System Libraries’ page where you can see consumption of the purchases you have made:

 

      • Contract Name – name of the course contract associated in your purchase.
      • Maximum Enrollments – quantity of course or number of seats included in your purchase.
      • Enrollments Used – quantity of course or number of seats that have already been assigned/enrolled.
      • Expiration Date – the validity of your purchase or the expiration on when the course can be assigned/enrolled.
