My employer is looking for an SST Card and does not accept my OSHA DOL Card...

NY DOB-approved course providers are responsible for issuing Site Safety Training (SST) Cards. For the purposes of the December 1, 2019 training deadline, an OSHA-30 card or a Limited Site Safety Training (SST) Card will serve as acceptable proof that a worker has received the training required by Local Law 196. NYC Department of Buildings (DOB) considers OSHA-30 DOL wallet card as equivalent to Limited Site Safety Training (SST) Card. If in case your employer does not accept your OSHA-30 DOL wallet card, then you have to obtain your Limited Site Safety Training (SST) Card from one of the DOB-approved course providers by presenting to them your OSHA-30 DOL wallet card.
