Can I finish my OSHA 10/30-hour Outreach course in one day?

No. As per Federal OSHA requirement, both OSHA 10-hour & OSHA 30-hour Outreach Training courses limit the amount of time you may spend each day.

Each OSHA 10- & 30-hour course has a maximum seat time enforcement in which you can only spend a maximum of 7 hours and 30 minutes each day. Therefore, the 10-hour course must take a minimum of two (2) calendar days and the 30-hour course must take a minimum of four (4) calendar days. Each day at 12:00 AM Central Time the timer will reset allowing you to continue in the course.
