Why do I need to answer the Course Evaluation?

Before taking your Final Exam, you will be required to complete a 20-question course evaluation or mandatory survey of your OSHA 10/30 Hour Outreach Training course. This is a completion requirement mandated by Federal OSHA in order to receive your OSHA DOL wallet card. Once you have met all completion criteria (including passing the final exam and completing the course evaluation), we will mail your OSHA DOL wallet card within 2 weeks.
