How to Register/Create an Account on the California Responsible Beverage Service (RBS) Portal?

To register or create an account on the California Responsible Beverage Service (RBS) Portal, you have to go to this link: https://abcbiz.abc.ca.gov/landing.

• Click the 'Log in/Register' button to register and create your account.

• Click the ‘Create an Account’ on the next page.

•  Fill out the requested and required information. Then, click ‘Continue’.

• Next, you will need to confirm your email address.

• Login to your email, find and click the registration email from 'ABC No-Reply'.

• Then, click the ‘Confirm Email’ button.

Once your email address has been verified, you can now login to California Responsible Beverage Service (RBS) Portal by going back to the Homepage or go back to this link: https://abcbiz.abc.ca.gov/landing.

• Click again the 'Log in/Register' button.

• Enter the username and password that you have created. Then, click ‘Log in’.

• Once you are logged in, select the option for ‘Server’. Then, click ‘Continue’.

• On the next page, you have to read the 'Instructions' and 'Privacy Notifications'.

• Then, enter your information on the 'Server Registration'.

• You must pay a non-refundable $3.00 application fee via a credit card payment on the next page.

• Check the box to attest your information. Then, click ‘Submit’.

Finally, you are now registered in California Responsible Beverage Service (RBS) Portal, and your account has been created!

• Your server profile and details are now available on your Dashboard including your ‘Server ID’ once you log in to your account in California Responsible Beverage Service (RBS) Portal.
