My Completion was not Submitted to California Responsible Beverage Service (RBS)

Upon completing your TIPS CA RBS On-Premise Alcohol Training course, it will take 24 - 48 hours for us to submit your course completion to California Responsible Beverage Service (RBS) Portal. If you have completed your training course for more than the mentioned reporting time frame but your completion has not been submitted yet to California Responsible Beverage Service (RBS) Portal and you still not receiving an email notification regarding your state administered exam, please check if you have provided your correct SERVER ID and your LAST NAME on your 360training account.

To check and confirm your LAST NAME and the SERVER ID that you have provided on your 360training account, please go to your profile.

  • If your account is under our new platform (your account/enrollment was made on or after October 17, 2017 through www.360training.com or the same as the below Dashboard), click the arrow pointing downward in the upper-right corner of your Dashboard.

  • Click the 'Edit' on the 'Account Information' page and check if your 'LAST NAME' is correct on the pop-up page.

  • To check and confirm the SERVER ID that you have provided, scroll down at the bottom of your ‘Account Information’ page, and click the 'Edit' on the 'Reporting Fields'. Then, check if the SERVER ID is correct on the pop-up page.

  • If your account is under our old platform (account/enrollment was made through our resellers or before October 17, 2017, or the same as the below Dashboard), click the ‘My Profile’ tab in the upper-right corner of your account.

  • Then, check if your 'LAST NAME' and the SERVER ID that you have provided is correct on your 'Profile' page.

To check and confirm your LAST NAME and the SERVER ID on your California Responsible Beverage Service (RBS) Portal account, you have to log in here. Then, on your Dashboard, check and confirm the SERVER ID and your LAST NAME under the ‘Server Certificate Details’ and ‘Server Profile’ respectively.

NOTE: It is critical that your SERVER ID and your LAST NAME on your 360training account must match your account in California Responsible Beverage Service (RBS) Portal. If the information DOES NOT MATCH, we will not be able to submit or report your completion and it will be rejected by the California Responsible Beverage Service (RBS).
