Before anything else, please make sure you already have your 360 ID Number. You will need when you register and set your schedule with PSI. If you don't have it yet, please contact support@360training.com and request your 360 ID Number.
Within 24-48 hours, after purchasing the exam you will receive an email from PSI Exams Online informing you that you are eligible to schedule your test. Click on the link in the email to go to the PSI System where you will follow instructions for scheduling an appointment to take the exam.
If you could not find the “Eligibility to Test” email from PSI you may manually CREATE your account on the PSI website
Go to https://candidate.psiexams.com/
Click on Create an account
Fill out the required fields marked with an asterisk and tick the checkbox (Check here to attempt...). Then hit Submit
Click on View All My Activities button
If the message in red text appears on screen click on the Find My Records button
Organization: Select Certification/Professional Associations
Sponsor Name: Select Learn2Serve (360Training)

After clicking the Submit button, the screen below should appear. Click on Schedule for a Test
