Do I need to be alcohol certified for the State of Georgia?

It is not mandatory to be certified bartender or seller/server for most counties in the State of Georgia. It is important to note that most employers will require to complete an alcohol certification for their liability insurance carrier regardless of state or city laws. Be sure to check with your local authorities about the requirements needed for the type of your local and state alcohol license. For informational purposes only on how to responsibly serve and sell alcohol, you may want to take our Alcohol Seller-Server Training (On-Premises) or Alcohol Seller-Server Training (Off-Premises). As of now, these courses are NOT approved in any counties in the State of Georgia.
