If you took your BASSET training prior to May 1, 2015, please call the Illinois Liquor Control Commission (ILCC) BASSET program at 312-814-0773. You will need to have proof of identification to verify completion of training. A BASSET replacement card is $15.
If you completed your BASSET training after May 1, 2015, you can print your card via the BASSET Card Lookup feature of the ILCC website.
Please visit the ILCC website – BASSET Card Lookup page.
On the BASSET Card Lookup page, select the ‘Print My BASSET Card’ link as shown below.
You will be redirected to the ‘MyTaxIllinois’ page where you will be required to enter your Last Name, Date of Birth and Training Class Student ID.
After entering the required details, click the ‘Search’ button.
Note: The Training Class Student ID (or Student ID Number) is located on the BASSET Letter that was sent to you by ILCC for your initial BASSET Card. If you do not have a copy of this letter, please contact 360training Customer Support to retrieve your Student ID Number by email or call 877 881 2235.
After clicking the ‘Search’ button, the Class Date, Letter Id and Letter Type will show up on the same page. Click the link underneath the Letter Id column.
After clicking the link underneath the Letter Id, a page will show up which shows your letter and your BASSET Card are being retrieved. Finally, once your letter and your BASSET Card have been retrieved, you can print it right away.
Feel free to click the ‘If your letter does not open automatically, click here’ link, as shown below, if your letter and your BASSET Card are not automatically showing up.
