Upon successful completion of your online course exam, 360training will submit your completion record to the Louisiana Alcohol and Tobacco Control within 10 days of completion. Once your completion record has been submitted to Louisiana Alcohol and Tobacco Control, please allow 4-7 business days in order to print your Responsible Vendor Card.
You may Print/Download your RV Card on the LA ATC website at http://atc.la.gov/print-your-rv-permit.php with the following steps:
• Click the ‘Print / Download Your RV Permit’ link on the left side of the page.
• Then, select the “Click Here to visit the Print RV card Page” link at the very bottom of the page.
• Enter your Last Name and the Last 4 digits of your SSN.
You may also download your RV Card using your SMARTPHONE.

Apple has added the requirement to Trust any app Developer when downloading their apps outside of the Apple App Store. If you are seeing the below error message on your iPhone after downloading the ATC RV APP, please use the following steps to fix this issue:
---> Go to Settings ----> General ----> Device Management (or Profiles) ------> Select "Louisiana Department of Revenue: Office of Alcohol and Tobacco Control ---> Select Trust "ATC"
