Where do I access my certificate?


· Your  account/enrollment was made before October 17, 2017, through www.360training.com

· Your account/enrollment was made through one of our Resellers regardless of date

IF your account/enrollment was made on or after October 17, 2017, through www.360training.com,  please continue reading this article.

After completing your course, click on the SAVE button found in the top right corner of your course player.

On the next screen, click the EXIT COURSE button to close the course player.

Go back to the My Courses page of your 360training account and hit F5 on your keyboard to REFRESH the page. You will notice a new icon on the bottom-right corner, that is your Certificate icon.  Click on it to download your certificate of completion.

Another way to access your certificate:  On your Dashboard menu, click on Transcripts & Certificates.  On the next page, you will find a detailed list of your courses.  Under the Certificate column, you will find the same certificate icon.  Click the certificate icon to download the certificate.

REMINDER: The certificate file is in PDF form.  You will need a PDF Reader downloaded on your computer.
