- Go to www.360training.com and click LOGIN in the top right.
- If you are using a mobile device, click the menu icon on the top right to see the LOGIN button.
- On the login screen, click on FORGOT YOUR PASSWORD?.
- Provide either your LOGIN USERNAME or the EMAIL ADDRESS on file for us to identify the account linked to the request. Once the information has been entered in the given field, click on CONTINUE.
You will receive an email from email@example.com and click CHANGE YOUR PASSWORD.
Please allow up to 5 minutes to receive the email. Be sure to check your spam and trash.
- Submit your choice of password and click CHANGE PASSWORD. Your password must contain a minimum of 8 characters with any 3 of the following: uppercase, lowercase, numerals, and symbols.
- After receiving a successful confirmation, click CONTINUE.
- If your password is auto saved/filled on your browser, we highly encourage you to clear your cache and cookies.
- You are now ready to sign back into your account using your new password.
